About Kennel Cough Records
My name is Charley Pishnick, Im 18 years old and have just started my very own Indie label called Kennel Cough Records. I came up with that name years ago because I always thought that I would form a band under that name. As you can tell, that band never happend hahaha. So I thought to myself, "if I can't be in the proformance side of things, I might go on the other side of the coin and sign some great acts". I've got a few bands in mind but Im right now in the process of getting things in order. I should be up in a few weeks. This is probably the hardest I've ever worked at anything without quiting. This is a either sink or swim. I know that Im going to swim because I have 100% of support behind me. I've always had a great ear for music so this is the best spot for me is in the Indie Label business. My favorite band of all time is Alice in Chains (with Layne Staley!!!, Not DUVALL!!!!) STP, Days of the New, DOWN, COC and many more. Im really into when heavy bands strip there music down to all acoustic. That's the way to win me over right there. Well, I hope I get to hear from some of you real soon.
